Indian envoy's remarks

I am surprised by the Indian envoy's recent remarks on the practice of secularism in Bangladesh. While I would love to see Bangladesh as a truly secular country, I strongly believe the High Commissioner is not in a position to suggest publicly what Bangladesh should do.
