Premier Leasing International changes name, declares 15pc cash dividend
Premier Leasing International Ltd, which has changed its name to Premier Leasing & Finance Ltd, declared a 15 percent cash dividend for the year 2006, says a press release.The approval for changing the name came at the third extraordinary general meeting of the company on Monday in Dhaka, while the dividend was declared at the fifth annual general meeting (AGM) held on the same day. Chairman of the company Mizanur Rahman Shelley presided over the AGM.
