Preparing voter list

The present government had decided to prepare a new voter list by setting up camps, instead of going house-to-house. I didn't find any problem with this decision. The EC had explained the difficulties of going door-to-door with so many delicate equipments. What the EC could do was to set up as many camps as possible in each polling area, so that people do not have to go too far to attend it.
