Youth held with firearms in Jessore

Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) yesterday arrested a youth with firearms from Mahishakura village of Sharsha upazila in Jessore district.The arrestee was identified as Abdul Hakim and the Rab members recovered one pistol, one locally made gun and two round bullets from his possession. Meanwhile, police found an abandoned powerful bomb at Kanyadaho village of the upazila. However, none was arrested in this connection.
