They were identified as M Shahidullah, superintending engineer (electrical), and Hasan Mahmud Shamsher, APS to the mayor.

Shahidullah is one of the six, including Mayor Mohiuddin Chowdhury, accused in a corruption case filed two weeks ago.

CCC Chief Executive Officer served the suspension order issued by the higher authorities concerned.
