Union Capital declares 15pc cash dividend
Union Capital Ltd has declared a 15 percent cash dividend for its shareholders for the year 2006 subject to approval of Bangladesh Bank.The dividend was announced at the ninth annual general meeting (AGM) of the company held on Thursday in Dhaka, says a press release. Chairman of the company Amir Humayun Mahmud Chowdhury presided over the AGM, which was also attended by directors and managing director among others.
