The ultras known as the 'Yomus' launched verbal assaults on the players in reference to Saturday's dire 4-2 defeat against neighbours Levante.

"Are you still hungover? You should feel ashamed. You've done everything you could: you've become ridiculous," said the Yomus to the players.

Some players responded to the insults during their training session.

"In the end, all the good players will leave and you'll find yourselves with a shit team," retorted captain David Albelda.

Afterwards, the players cancelled the traditional press conference.
