The dead was identified as Nazmul Haque Nazu, 25, son of Asad Ali, of Matherpur village under Godagari municipal.

Sources said Matherpur villagers found a body in front of a filling station two kilometres from Nazu's house and informed Godagari police.

Police rushed to the spot and recovered the body.

They sent the body to the Rajshahi Medical College Hospital for autopsy.

Nazu might have been killed due to business dispute, police sources said.
