Minor boy killed in road accident

A minor boy was killed in a road accident on Brahmanbaria Comilla highway at Radhika village under Sadar upazila of the district yesterday morning.The victim was identified as Imon Khan, 8, son of Abdul Khayer Khan of Radhika village. Sources said a speeding truck knocked him down while Imon Khan was crossing the road. He died on the spot. Angry people seized the truck along with its driver Billal Mia, 38. They handed over the driver to Sadar Police Station. Later, police seized the truck.
