College student shot in city

A college student was shot by a gang of unidentified criminals at Santinagar in the city last night. The victim was identified as Rasip Bin Sarwar, a second year student of Bangladesh Rifles Public School and College. The criminals sprayed bullets on Rasip while he was loitering in front of his house at Peer Shaheb Lane at 8.30pm, hospital sources said. He was shot in his right leg. The criminals left the place immediately after the incident. Rasip was rushed to Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH).
