Rickshaws

I feel that some points made by Mr. Ziaur Rahman in his article about rickshaws call for sincere reevaluation.The presence of rickshaws on streets may reduce the consumption of non-renewable fuels, but the lack of proper traffic control remains the top cause behind the congestion. Without rigorously upgrading lane control throughout the city, obliterating rickshaws from streets will not produce any results.
