Pioneer Ins approves 20pc cash dividend
Pioneer Insurance Company Ltd has approved a 20 percent cash dividend for the year that ended on December 31, 2006.The approval came at the 11th annual general meeting (AGM) of the company held in Dhaka yesterday, says a press release. Syed Manzur Elahi, a director of the company, presided over the AGM, which was also attended by other directors and senior officials.
