Doctors exempted

The law is not equally applicable to all in Bangladesh! And a classic example can be seen in medical services. All government officials ranging from Assistant Secretary to Secretary, Assistant Engineer to Superintending Engineer, and Assistant Judge to District Judge-- none of them is lawfully allowed to be involved in any commercial activities. It is only the medical practitioners to whom the law is inapplicable.

If doctors are allowed to engage in private practice, why leave others out?
