Intech Online approves 10pc bonus dividend
Intech Online Limited has approved 10 percent bonus share for the shareholders for the year 2006.The dividend was approved at the 7th annual general meeting (AGM) of the company in Dhaka on Thursday, says a press release. Chairman of the company Ashiqur Rahman presided over the AGM, which was also attended by directors Arifur Rahman Nayeem, Shamsul Alam and Moslehudin Ahmed, CEO Jami Mohammad Khan and Company Secretary Akhtauzzaman.
