Education officer arrested for taking bribes

Joint forces arrested an assistant education officer of Sadar upazila while he was taking bribes from a teacher on Thursday.The joint forces caught the officer, Hafizur Rahman, red-handed when he was receiving Tk 2000 in bribes from Minoti Biswas, assistant teacher of Boro Dumrasur Government Primary School, at his office at 3:30 pm. A case was filed with the police.
