Phoenix Ins declares 30pc stock dividend
Phoenix Insurance Company Ltd has declared a 30 percent stock dividend for its shareholders for the year 2006.The dividend was announced at the 21st annual general meeting (AGM) of the company held in Dhaka on Wednesday, says a press release. Mohammad Shoeb, chairman of the company, presided over the AGM, which was also attended by directors and managing director among others.
