Rupali Ins declares 20pc stock dividend
Rupali Insurance Company Ltd has declared a 20 percent stock dividend for the shareholders for the year 2006.The dividend was announced at the 19th annual general meeting of the company held in Dhaka on Wednesday, says a press release. Mostafa Golam Quddus, chairman of the company, presided over the meeting where directors, consultant, managing director, shareholders and senior officials were present. The company earned a profit of Tk 37.00 million before-tax.
