20 to receive Japanese scholarship

Like previous years, 20 more Bangladeshi citizens will go to Japan for study this year under the Japanese Grant Aid for Human Resource Development Scholarship project.They will be selected from Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS) Cadre officials and Bangladesh Bank officials to study in the fields of public administration, economics, international relations and environmental policy for two years. This was told at a seminar titled 'Japan Development Scholarship (JDS) 2008-2009' organised by Economic Relations Division (ERD) in cooperation with Japan International Cooperation Centre at the National Economic Council (NEC-2) building at Sher-e-Bangla Nagar in the city on Wednesday.
