The metropolis club officials and members from the silver screen requested all the sports lovers to watch Friday's charity football match which is being arranged to raise funds for the flood victims.A press conference was organised at the conference room of the National Sports Council yesterday in connection with the match where movie hero Manna made the appeal. Archrivals Mohammedan and Abahani will first meet in a match and that will be followed by a game between the country's top footballers and the cine stars at the Bangabandhu National Stadium. Time of the matches will be announced later. Mizanuddin of Brothers Union, Ataur Rahman of Muktijoddha, Kazi Nabil Ahmed and Ashrafuddin Chunnu of Abahani and Mushtaqur Rahman of Mohammedan were present at the occasion.
