Housing for middle class

We appreciate the central bank's decision to disburse Tk 300 crore against purchasing flats up to 1225sft for the lower and the middle class people. Housing is a basic need. The middle class people have to pay a big share of their earnings on house rent. When they become owner of a flat, they feel a lot more secure.We waste crores of taka in the name of different unproductive schemes. The government should come forward with the above mentioned type of projects for the betterment of the middle and low income people.
