The budget

Focusing on the budget speech thoroughly, actually I can only define it as the statement of World Bank or Asian Development Bank. Off course, tackling inflation, spending on power infrastructure and supporting agriculture etc are highly laudable but the implementation of the plans is a different story altogether! Farhad Kabir
