60 held on charge of snatching mobile sets

The Detective and Criminal Intelligence Branch arrested 60 suspected members of organised mobile set snatching gangs, raiding different parts of the city in the last two days.The law enforcers also seized 78 mobile phone sets of different companies from the detained snatchers. Police said the raid was conducted in the wake of a rise in mobile snatching incidents in the city.
