Talent without temperament?

We must admit that they both are talented and have great future in international cricket. Aftab is the young sensation who has proved already that he has the power to play big shots (press calls those 'Aftabi' shots by name). But most of the times, his bat betrays with his measurement and he gets himself out. In the recent series in Zimbabwe, Aftab may have showed a little of it. He has already played many matches in international cricket and much has he learned. Now he must be responsible and try to be an idol to the young generation. If he, the hero of many young hearts, plays like that, what his followers will learn from him? I am afraid that they will try to play senseless shots like him. Sunil Gavasker once said, "Talent without temperament is zero." I think it would be helpful if he remembers it throughout his life. The other sensation Mashrafee deserves less criticism since many times he has contributed to the triumph of the team. Performers live in the most vulnerable position; he/she must do better to stay but never worse. In the second one-day match with Zimbabwe, Mashrafee must admit his failure as he completely failed to keep his composure in the very last over of the match. Since he has played many ODIs, he should not have performed like a beginner. As Bangladesh has a lot of expectation from both of these young performers, they must remember that they have to do well.
