A “team” refers to a relationship consisting of strength, unity, determination and a common goal. Therefore, “Team's Day” could be described as a celebration of kinship, willpower, achievement, glory and uniqueness. Thus it was on the day for BUDTF-“BRAC University Drama & Theater Forum” on Friday, 9th March. The day was full of fun, high spirits, inspirations, emotions and promises.

The day was arranged as an opportunity for all the members of BUDTF to get to meet each other. It was designed such that that the members had enough time for personal interaction. There were fun and creative activities for the new passengers in this ride of theater. A famous mime actor of Bangladesh named Mr. Tayeb spent some precious hours with the students of BUDTF and taught them some basic concepts of theater and acting. Students were highly encouraged and inspired by him. Their determination was a harbinger of their bright future in acting and performing. They came up with different plays within a few minutes and performed them brilliantly.

There were other exciting activities in the meeting as well. All the members were given candles to light up and make a promise. Holding hands, all the members promised to carry on their commitment with the BUDTF family for the rest of their academic lives; and maybe even further. There were emotional speeches, which is rare in a forum or club. That is why, BRAC University Drama and Theater Forum is considered to a family rather than a mere club.
