Lost amidst Nature

ASIAN University of Bangladesh is one of the oldest private universities in Bangladesh. There is no doubt that AUB is playing a vital role for upgrading standard of education and research to build a strong foundation for our country. AUB arranges seminar, training, debate and study tours for the students to enhance their general knowledge. As a part of its education programme, a study tour for BBA 13th Batch AUB student was organised on Saturday, 24 October 2009 at the Montoo Miar Bagan Bari and Nolta Mazar Sharif Satkhira.

40 Members of BBA 13th Batch AUB, Khulna Campus gathered in front of AUB Campus at 8 am in the morning. Co-ordinator of Khulna Campus, Professor Saikh M. Asraf gave a short briefing on the tour plan. Murshid Alam, Tariqul Islam, Touhiduzzaman, and Shahinur Rahman, Lecturer of Business Administration Department also accompanied the students on the study tour.

The team reached the destination by 12.30 pm in the afternoon after 2 hours of long journey.

Montoo miar bagan bari is a beautiful place, even though it is not completed yet with all facilities.

Nolta mazar sharif, this is the house and mazar of Ahsanullah. It also an amazing place to visit.

After going around the place, the team returned to the AUB Campus at 7 pm in the evening.

It was a successful and an interesting tour for AUB students and teachers.
