The idea behind creating a boutique solely for children came out from the zest of creating something new. This inspiration was derived from international brands for children. Most of the materials used for the brand are imported from countries like the U.S.A, Singapore, Thailand and the U.A.E. Shahnaz Hamid, originator of Just Kids wanted a brand wear for children, the absence of which triggered the idea of creating one by herself.

Lifetime Achievement Award for Shaha
The Grand Finale of Bexifabrics Annodin Eid Fashion Contest was held on the 14th of August at the Bangabondhu International Conference Centre. For his dedicated service to the fashion scene as a visionary with near perfect execution in designs, Chandra Shekhar Shaha was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award. Shaha's repertoire has been that of a conceptual designer who derives inspirations from traditional motifs and folklore and translates them into statements en vogue.
Previous recipients of this accolade has been Bibi Russell, Shahadaat Hossain, Monmohon Bosak and Emdad Hossain.
