Nourishing Iftar Delights at The Westin, Dhaka

During this special, holy month of Ramadan, the Westin Dhaka offers people who are fasting a chance to get together after a day of abstinence to break fast with an array of delicious items at their iftar and dinner buffet.

The venue for this culinary adventure is “Taste”, the all day dining restaurant of the Westin Dhaka, where a nourishing iftar will be followed by a dinner buffet with a wide selection of rejuvenating dishes.

Diners can also enjoy replenishing fresh juices ranging from papaya, pineapple, to energising selections of sherbets and lassi, or Kamaruddin (sherbet made from Mango bar), as well as an array of revitalising seasonal fresh fruits, fresh fruit cocktails, dates, plain and fruit yoghurts, poached prunes, apricots and figs, pears and peaches in syrup.

The iftar special includes salads and kitchen delicacies such as aloo chaat, chickpeas chaat, golden chicken chaat, kachumber salad and mixed salad. There are also the more exotic items like sushi, sashimi, maki roll, tandoori chicken, chicken teriyaki terrine with sesame dressing and many more.

Traditional Iftar Boxes are also available at Treats. Or you may take away traditional iftar items such as halim, jilapi, and other delicious items separately from Treats.
