The SCBA has been boycotting Additional Judge Faisal Mahmud Faizee's court until the issue of the judge's LLB certificate is resolved. A scuffled ensued when BNP-backed lawyers along with some law officers joined hands against the SCBA leadership. "At one point, several lawyers from both the camps got up on the tables and were locked in a scuffle as judge Faizee watched sitting silently in his chair," a Daily Star report says.
