Seek and Strike : Hartal Action Cops!

Towsif Osman

Presenting, one of its kind, our new post-hartal show, half-hour of fast-action street mayhem, “Seek and Strike: Hartal Action Cops”! Here we are going to show in great details the bone cracking, punk busting, smashing events of daylong strikes! This show will give you, not a shot but bucket full of adrenaline rush that no other show or movie could! So, picketers, gangsters, youngsters alike, grab a bowl of whatever you enjoy eating while watching TV and park yourself on the couch for the next half hour!'

It's a great idea if you think about it. The Americans have a show that emphasizes the efficiency of their police force, which is efficient in catching crooks. So why shouldn't we? After all, strikes are the only times when our police get any action. Otherwise, we are peace-loving (!) citizens who don't give the police many excuse for action (!) (So, technically, people of US are far worse than us in that they need a full hour cop show every week! Heh, heh, quite the patriot, Aren't I?

After being the undisputed champion in CWC (Corruption World Cup) for five years, this show might be the big break (am I crazy ?!) as it is going to show the efficiency (!) of our police force in breaking up unwanted masses to maintain a peaceful (!) strike. Other countries may start to think better of us. A few months back, the French Police failed miserably to manage a riot in Paris that went on for several days. From our show, they might learn something and get interested to hire our Police Force to break up these riots. Since our police come to no use to us, they can easily be sent off without any heartbreak.

As the global acceptance to vulgarism has increased these shows would without a doubt be a major hit among our viewers. This means that our country's Police Force may, through their (in)action, help bring foreign currency into our country and strengthen our economic backbone (!!!).
