Dahan's 120 inch touchscreen!

It'z ok if you haven't heard of the Korean Company Dahan before! But recently they have made news with their monster 10-foot touchscreen with an amazing 10 millisecond response time. The Dahan T-View runs in Windows 2000 or XP, uses rear projection and a surface mirror system, and corresponds to multi-finger touch another special feature of this gigantic gadget!

Price and availability is yet to be announced by Dahan but I asked some of my friends to make a wild guess of the possible price most of them agreed that a few hundred thousand USD would be quite a reasonable price for such a thing!!

TViX Full featured Hard Drive Case for Movie viewing

This one is for all the big-time movie enthusiasts out there. The TViX HD M-4000SA is a case for 3.5" SATA hard drives that can output 1080i video through component and DVI outputs. It's going to be available in Korea from May 30 but, like all DViCO stuff, it won't be late before it is available elsewhere for around $230.

The best thing about the TViX HD M-4000SA is its DVD Jukebox ability: It allows you to store ISO and IFO format DVD images, which you can browse, and play back, keeping access to the DVD menus. That means all your old, new, not-so-old and not-so-new movies can be easily available from one place, with no painful ripping necessary. And assuming that you still run out of space, you can always expand it by using either bigger drives or external USB 2.0 units. Accessibility is also available via the built-in LAN or the WLAN. With a vivid Alpha-numeric display and ability to support most of the video, audio and picture files this cool looking Hard Drive Case is a must for all movie lovers.
