A Spiritual Respite

As in January of every other year, this year too, the Biswa Ijtema, the second largest Muslim congregation following Hajj, was held by the river Turag in Tongi. Millions attended in prayer, isolated from the rest of the world but interacting with Muslims across the globe, in those few days spent in spiritual respite.
