Corruption
The Common Enemy

The Caretaker Government's most important task at hand is to carry on its anti-corruption drive to make sure that a culture of honesty at all levels of society becomes the norm rather than exception. A mission as daunting as this can only succeed if people from all walks of life join hands in the common fight against this malaise that has robbed the country of stability and real progress. The first step therefore, is to convince people that corruption, in all its forms, must be rooted out and a system of transparency be established in its place. The Anti Corruption Drive initiated by the Caretaker Government which has further proved its commitment by signing the United Nations Convention Against Anti Corruption (UNCAC). Now, other organisations have joined the fight. The goal is to bring about a change in mindset, to make corruption a crime that can no longer be tolerated.
