Searching for him?

Once, during an adda, one of my close friends told me a very important and easy way to fall in love. "Try to fall in love with elder brother's or younger sister's friend. I was a bit surprised, because falling in love is always the toughest job no matter with whom you fall. This friend, however, told me that as these guys are the nearest people and have an easy coming and going facility in our house, they are available. Another facility is if you get caught while in a conversation over phone, you can easily transfer the phone to your bro/sis by saying "its your phone". For failing in love you have to choose the perfect and most suitable one, so that later your brother/ sister can support you.

At first I didn't pay much attention to his words. Later when I thought deeply, I found that he is right. When I realized this truth, from that day I have started my mission to fall in love with one suitable "bhaiya" to make him my "saiya". Before that time I didn't pay much attention to my brother's friends. I had known and seen only one or two of them. So my first mission was to find out my brother's photo album and gather information about them. When I saw a group photo, within one minute I fell for one of them. (Oh! Eto din tumi kothai tchile? ) I asked my brother, "Bhaiya, what's his name? He's so dashing!" My brother informed me that he is so handsome that most of the girls in their campus tried to flirt with him. He never gives attention to them. Hey, that means he is FREE. Boy O boy! May be I'm that lucky girl for whom he is still waiting! Life, however, is not meant to be so easy. My brother informed me that the boy has an affair with his cousin. BANG! CRACK! Oh! My broken heart! Does anyone have super glue? This was my first heartbreak.

I got my second heartbreak a few days ago. My brother invited some of his friends to our house. So I was a bit excited. There were seven bhaiyas and four Apus. I didn't know any of them. So I told my brother to introduce me to his friends. At that time I didn't know what my evil brother was cooking in his evil head. Oh! Why was my own brother my enemy? I was waiting for his call. At last my brother called me. Before entering into his room, he told me to sit in the drawing room, because he was going to call them there. I took a perfect position from where I could watch everyone. At first my brother called the Apus by their names to come in the drawing room and … that's all. He didn't introduce me with his male friends. I could kill my brother! Was I waiting for the introduction with the Apus? I had dreamed so many dreams! God! Please don't even give such brothers to my enemies!

Sometimes I think if I had more than one elder brother then it would have been an easy task for me. After all there remained so many choices! But God is not so kind to me. I have only one evil brother. Anyway, I haven't given up yet. I'm trying my best and I believe "failure is the pillar of success" in every case. I'm just waiting and searching for the appropriate person and time. I'm sure someday I will find him.

Jokes

"Late For Work"
For thirty years, Johnson had arrived at work at 9 A.M. on the dot. He
had never missed a day and was never late.
Consequently, when on one particular day 9 A.M. passed without Johnson's
arrival, it caused a sensation. All work ceased, and the boss himself,
looking at his watch and muttering, came out into the corridor.
Finally, precisely at ten, Johnson showed up, clothes dusty and torn,
his face scratched and bruised, his glasses bent. He limped painfully to
the time clock, punched in, and said, aware that all eyes were upon him,
"I tripped and rolled down two flights of stairs in the subway. Nearly
killed myself."
And the boss said, "And to roll down two flights of stairs took you a
whole hour?"

"Falling for a Dentist"
Laura fell for her handsome new dentist like a ton of bricks and pretty
soon had lured him into a series of passionate rendezvous in the dental
clinic after hours.
But one day he said sadly, "Laura, honey, we have to stop seeing each
other. Your husband's bound to get suspicious."
"No way, sweetie, he's dumb as a post," she assured him. "Besides, we've
been meeting here for six months now and he doesn't suspect a thing."
"True," agreed the dentist, "but you're down to one tooth!"

Poems

I am a poet
I am a poet, I shall dream
The wonders beyond visibility,
Touch the hues of the rainbow beams
And fold the ocean like folding the paper.

I am a poet; I will use my sixth sense
To observe all adult's vision
Of their own past, that remains no more.
I will comfort them, I will speak of tradition.

I am a poet, society will influence
My writing of what could be the perfect world,
Without fear, without wars, without hunger.
It is every human's logical dream.

I am a poet, you can't stop me
By a barrier of limitations.
My words will flow endlessly to the paper
From the peak of my heart.

I am a poet so I'll be misunderstood,
Judged and criticised for my lacking of skills,
Of rhymes that could have made a better rhythm
And complicated words that say nothing really.

I maybe not a poet after all
I have no knowledge of history, art or philosophy.
But because my heart speaks again and again,
I call myself a poet, I call myself crazy.

You are so special
Something greater than life is love
Something important than brain is heart
Something precious than gold is dew
Something more than me are you.

I'll be your sun after the rain
I'll bring you joy from your pain
I'll make you laugh whenever you'll cry
I'll be with you even after I die.

I'll be the moon in your night
I'll drive the darkness into light
Only for you I'll survive
You're the reason why I'm alive.

Lost love
Each moment I see you
Drawing away from me
I know that you're not mine anymore.
Now that you have gone
It seems like everybody has left me alone,
To die by myself.
You have walked away now
Leaving all our sweet memories behind
The songs we sang and the times we spent
In laughter.
You took everything away
Along with your love that I have kept
For so long, within me
Now I have nothing left to live with
Nothing more to lose or gain
But for you I will still sing
Till my last breath
Since I will always love you,
My lost love.

I Hate Homework
Oh, I hate homework,
It gives me a fright,
I hate to do my homework-
It keeps me up all night.

I feel really drowsy,
But what can I do?
I can not go to sleep-
Until it's morning at two.

I want to go to a place
Where I could play for ever
And I will stay there forever and ever.
