Topical Cartoons

The prizes for Insight's cartoon contest on the theme of corruption were given out on 9 August, 2007 at the National Press Club. The faces on the cover are the first, second and third prizes in the contest. Much has been said about the topic of corruption in writings, speeches and not to mention cartoons in recent days. My own story follows, so instead of prolonging this introduction, let's get on with it.
