The perpetrators should be given exemplary punishment
Two recent happenings at the highest seat of learning of the country have left the nation wondering: What ails Dhaka University? First, two and a half years back the nation was served with the news item concerning as many as 52 students getting first class marks in masters examination (academic year 2001-02) of the Department of Political Science.
