ULAB Scholarships Awarded

University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB) awarded scholarships to its highest-achieving students on February 3, 2011. The awards ceremony was attended by ULAB Vice Chancellor Professor Rafiqul Islam and Head of Departments. Scholarship Patron and ULAB Board of Trustees President Kazi Shahid Ahmed was also present to give out awards.

The awardees of the Dean's Honors List Scholarships were, Sanjida Mahjabin (BBA), Md. Saroare Kownine (English and Humanities), Nusrat Daud (Media Studies and Journalism), Sifat-E-Sherin (CSE), and Sharmin Sultana (ETE).

The awardees of the Vice-Chancellor's Honours List Scholarships were, Tabassum Hossain (BBA), Adiba Raisa Hossain (English and Humanities), Tamanna Faiz (Media Studies and Journalism), Kazi Mussamat Tanjila Tabassum (CSE), and Md. Modasshir (ETE).

This term the new recipient of the Kazi Anisur Rahman Named Scholarship was Rebeka Badiozzaman from the department of English and Humanities. This scholarship covers full tuition and registration fees over the normal four-year duration of the student's programme. Guardians and other awardees from past terms attended the event.
