Hygiene Gone
Haywire

No one expects to find spic and span washrooms with automatic flushes at Dhaka University. But what people do expect is basic hygiene. At Kala Bhaban, however, some 15,000 students are forced to use less than 25 toilets. Repairing and maintaining the existing washrooms or increasing the total number does not seem to be a priority of the university authorities. So just how bad is it really?
