Md. Yusuf Tushar has been working as a professional photographer for 15 years now, and says that he is grateful to the Celebrating Life Competition held every year as it provides initiation for many upcoming photographers in the country.

Tushar was very excited to have been able to take this particular snapshot. He describes the photo as reality as opposed to a dream in seeing so many fishes caught in a net at the same time. He entered the portrait in the competition feeling it would be perfect for the given theme: “Celebrating the Gifts of Nature and Rivers of Bangladesh” this year.
