The Journey Begins

 

Above is the inaugural issue of The Daily Star Sport that came out on the 14th of January in 1991. 15 years is a long time and to be true none of the Sport Section's current members were working here when it all started, so everyone of us wanted to see what the inaugural issue looked like. And once we saw it ourselves we thought it would be worthwhile if we reprinted it for our readers today. We also inform you that at the beginning Star Sport was a one-page section, and of course black-and-white.
