Biotechnological poster Exhibition at Dept. of Genetic Engineering, CU

A poster exhibition based on Biotechnological approaches for environment was recently held at the Department of Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology, University of Chittagong. Students of final year presented their posters related to their research work. Some remarkable posters were Biotechnology for the treatment of electronic waste, tannery waste, Karnafuly River pollution, Medical waste,Ship break yard and dumping. A.M . Abu Ahmed, Chairman of Genetic Engineering Dept. CU inaugurated the exhibition. Faculty member, Dr. Nazneen Nahar Islam, A. M. Masudul Azad Chowdhury, Adnan Mannan acted as the judges during the course of the competition.
