Hunting for the 'Weekend Rebel'

'The Weekend Rebel' is a campus based contest that gives everyone a chance to feel and 'look' like a true explorer and win a pair of 'Maverick' shoes in the process. The Weekend Rebel team has been running around town, hunting for aspiring explorers, and giving them an opportunity to pose in front of exciting outdoor scenes such as marinas, rain forests and snowy mountain ranges, armed with your choice of explorer props such as sunglasses, hats and scarves. When you are ready to pose in front of the team's professional photographer, you will have your picture uploaded on the Facebook contest page where people can 'Like' your picture.

Sponsored by Gallerie Apex's newest footwear brand, Maverick, the Weekend Rebel contest is giving away 10 pairs of Maverick each week to the contestants whose pictures receive the highest amount of 'Likes'. The contest, already in its second week of activation, has already visited United International University and East West University, apart from a host of popular lounges and shopping malls. Weekend Rebel is all about giving the 'would be explorer' a chance to experience the trend-breaking designs of Maverick's casual shoes, while allowing the former to unleash their true explorer identity.
