A New Music School in Town

'Blue Note' is founded by some of the most accomplished and experienced musicians in the country. It is the first ever music school in Bangladesh to provide a well defined musical curriculum by using music notes to enable the students to read and interpret staff notations and thus build the ability to read and understand music of different genres. The curriculums are also designed to address individual need and to nurture and develop musical talent at a professional level.

The people behind Blue Note are Naquib Khan, Composer, Singer and Keyboard player of Renaissance, Shahbaz Khan (Pilu), Composer, Singer and Drummer of Renaissance, Rezaur Rahman, Lead Guitarist of Renaissance, and Asif Iqbal, renowned lyricist.

The subjects that are currently being offered by Blue Planet are, Basic music course, Guitar (Basic/Classical/Rock), Piano, Keyboard, Drums, Violin, Bass guitar, and Sound Engineering. Many other new courses will be offered within a short period of time. The school is located in Baridhara, Dhaka.
