Norwegian media experts visits Journalism and Mass Communication department of Daffodil International University

An interactive discussion and sharing meet was held on Thursday at the Department of Journalism and Mass Communications of Daffodil International University (DIU) among two Norwegian media experts, teachers and students of the University. Of the Norwegian experts, Solveig Steien, Assistant Professor and Audgunn Oltedal, Associate Professor of the department of Journalism and Media Studies of Oslo and Akershus University College of Applied Sciences shared views with the teachers and students of the Journalism and Mass Communication Department of Daffodil International University.

The session was chaired by Professor Dr M Golam Rahman, Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences of DIU. Syed Mizanur Rahman, Head of the Department moderated the session.

A large number of students of the department participated in the question – answer session and exchange views with session.

Among the faculty members, Sheikh Shafiul Islam, Assistant Professor, Rashedul Hasan, Ms Quamrun Nahar, Ms. Farhana Urmee and Syed Mahfujul Haque Marjan, lecturers of the department attended the discussion meet.
