The third of the trilogy. As the shadow of Mordor grows across the land, Aragorn is revealed as the hidden heir to the ancient kings. Gandolf miraculously returns and defeats the evil wizard, Saruman. Sam leaves his master for the dead after a battle with the giant spider, Shelob; but Frodo is still alive, in the hands of the Orcs. While the armies of the Dark Lord are massing, the one ring comes ever closer to the Cracks of Doom. While Frodo & Sam continue to approach Mount Doom to destroy the ring, unaware of the path Gollum is leading them, the former Fellowship aid Rohan & Gondor in a great battle in the Pelennor Fields, Minas Tirith and the Black Gates as Sauron wages his last war against Middle-Earth.

Elijah Wood: Born in January 28, 1981, Elijah Wood has grown up to be one of the most well respected and steadily employed actors of his generation. Born in Cedar Rapids, IA, Wood modelled and did local commercials before moving with his family to Los Angeles in 1988. Here, Wood got his first break, a small role in a Paula Abdul video. Film work almost instantly followed, with a bit part in the 1989 'Back to the Future II'. It was Wood's role as Aidan Quinn's son in Barry Levinson's 1990 'Avalon' that first gave Wood attention, as the film received widespread critical acclaim and was nominated for four Academy Awards. He has co-stared with Richard Gere, Mel Gibson and Jamie Lee Curtis and many more.

Viggo Mortensen: Born in New York City, on October 20, 1958, to an American father and a Danish mother, Mortensen spent his first years in Manhattan and the rest of his youth living in Argentina, Venezuela, and Denmark. Returning to Manhattan in the early '80s, he studied acting at Warren Robertson's Theatre Workshop. Critically acclaimed supporting actor Viggo Mortensen made his feature-film debut playing Alexander Godunov's Amish brother in 'Witness' (1985). The suave, handsome actor has subsequently portrayed a wide variety of characters opposite some of Hollywood's most popular actors, including Al Pacino, Sylvester Stallone, Demi Moore and Nicole Kidman. He did some of his more memorable work as a series of louts and villains, in such films as 'The Indian Runner' (1991), 'Carlito's Way' (1993), 'The Prophecy' (a.k.a. God's Army) (1995).
